1996年，泉州市鲤城残联假肢装配中心根据国家“九五”计划，全面开展义肢矫形器的研究及装配服务，与台湾安得好假肢研发公司合作。在此基础上，经福建省民政厅批准，现更名为泉州重健义肢矫形器有限公司。同年，重健加入中国康复器具协会，成为其会员单位。
泉州重健义肢矫形器有限公司是本地区福利性康复企业。公司秉承专业、真实、高效的服务理念，一直肩负着残疾人康复的使命，致力于恢复和维持患者的活动能力。目前，重健先后设立洛阳康惠残疾人康复中心及武安残联康复中心（英杰假肢销售）。
自成立以来，重健先后帮助3000多位患者装配上多种假肢及矫形器，使他们恢复健康，重新融入社会。重健生产研发的现代假肢矫形器系列产品，使恢复和维持伤残人士的活动能力成为可能泉州市重健义肢矫形器有限公司。
1996, Quanzhou Licheng DPF (Disabled Persons Federation) limb-fitting centers, in accordance with national "Ninth Five" program, carried out a comprehensive study of prosthetics and orthotics assembly services, and had cooperated with Taiwan Andehao company. On this basis, approved by the Fujian Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, our company renamed Quanzhou Zhongjian Prosthetics Orthotics Limited company. In the same year, we joined the China Rehabilitation Devices Association as its members.
Quanzhou Zhongjian Prosthetics and Orthotics Limited company is one welfare company of Quanzhou DPF. Our companies adhering to the professional, real, efficient service concept, has been entrusted with the mission of rehabilitation of the disabled, is committed to restoring and maintaining the patient's mobility. Currently, our company has set up Luoyang Kanghui rehabilitation center and Muan DPF rehabilitation center (Invitrogen prosthetic sales).
Since its fundation, Zhongjian has helped more than 3,000 patients with a variety of prosthetics and orthotics on the assembly to make them back to health, social reintegration. Zhongjian’s modern prosthetic orthotic products had made it to be possible to restore and maintain handicapped mobility.
